Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed. Please contact us at hello@shanischance.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
